    This legal-size form can be used to amend your Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

  • Schedule “A” Form.
    This legal-size form can be added as a Schedule to your Agreement of Purchase and Sale so that additional terms can be included.

  • Waiver Form - General.
    This form should be used when you wish to waive all conditional clauses in your Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

  • Waiver Form - Specific.
    This form should be used when there is a specific clause in your Agreement of Purchase and Sale that you want to waive.
