Legal Assistants & Secretaries Wanted

HomesLawyer.com affiliates are seeking qualified candidates for full and part time positions in and around the Toronto area. If you have experience as a residential real estate assistant or secretary who is committed to excellence in client care, please e-mail HomesLawyer.com your resume and covering letter.

Each available position requires an individual responsible for the full management of residential real estate files from start to finish, including meeting with clients, conducting inquiry and title searches, drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with other lawyers and land registry offices, etc. Duties also may include litigation support and light bookkeeping. Pleasant personality, ability to work independently, eye for detail, related work experience, knowledge of electronic registration, Teraview, and Word 2002 are all a must. Knowledge of Excel, PC-Law, e-mail and computers is a definite asset, as are a second language and a sense of humour.

We look forward to receiving your e-mail. Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted, although each applicant’s interest and time is appreciated.
